H4 to H1

I am currently on a H4 visa. I need to transfer my status to H1.. I have worked in India before and it is in relevence with my work here. Now, I have lost my masters computer degree certifiicate but I have my Bsc degree .. I also have my Experience certificate from my company in India.
Do you think there will be any problem with my H1 if I cant show my Masters in computer degree?
I appreciate your help.
