the company i am transfering my h1-b visa to is a new company (formed earlier this year). the I-129 form asks for a lot of info on the company, income, # of officers etc in the company.... the fact that the company is new and only just starting, is that going to present a problem for me trying to get approval to transfer my visa to work there?
