DS 160 Question - Do you have any immediate relatives?

I am in India with my wife (Indian Citizen), Daughter (Indian Citizen), and second Daughter (USA Citizen).

I am applying for our H1B Visa Stamping by filling DS 160
In the form, it asks: Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents, in the United States?

Should I mention YES in the form, as my daughter is a USA citizen or
Should I mention NO as our daughter is with us in India

Highly appreciate your help.

Hi,
This is tricky question.. But if you ask me, I would suggest to go with Answer of NO as your daughter is with you.. If you get any question related to that at the time of Interview, you can clarify them.

Thank you for your response.
I am hoping to get the stamping without going for an interview as this is our extension in the same catagory.
I did call the visa center in India and they said they don't have any information.

I know, this is a tricky question and confusing, I wonder whether the other community members have similar situations and what did they mentioned.
