H1B transfer while last H1B petition being amended

Hi,
I am in H1B status. I am in a situation where my present employer has initiated amendment of my existing H1B petition with USCIS, due to me started working with a new client. And I found a job offer with employer B. Is it okay to proceed with employer B doing my H1B transfer using I-797 copy that I have prior the amendment from employer A. I don't even know if the latest amendment is approved by USCIS. Really appreciate someone helping me here.

Yes. You can file H1B transfer petition, while Amendment petition is pending.
