H1B visa renewal 221g and L2 please reply

Hi All,

I attended visa interview yesterday in Chennai for H1b visa renewal and got 221g query. My wife is working in US on L1 so till the time my 221g query is resolved can I go for L2 stamping as dependent , at chennai consulate, please reply.

---- Yes, you may provided you do not land up with another 221g on L2. Later when the H1 221g is deceded you can attand the H1 interview (if necessary) as proceed as per the instructions of the US Consulate
