Have a YouTube channel without monetization as a hobby

Please help me with information..

I came to USA on H1B in November 2019,
I have a YouTube channel in India and I am continuing that in USA also, and making some videos and earning some amount around 150$ Per month from last 4 months.
My channel is Registered in India and the amount from YouTube also crediting the amount in India bank account.

Now my doubt is when I am on H1B visa whether I can make YouTube videos and earn income in USA or not..
I didn’t link yet my SSN or bank details to YouTube.

I think, it wont be a problem as you get paid in India. But, source of business place is in the USA, better have a consultation with concern Attorney.
