FY22 H1B Case Status - Consular Processing

Has anyone received approval from USCIS for their "NEW" H1B petition submitted for the FY2022 fiscal year under "Consular" Processing? I am outside USA but got selected under this year's lottery and my US employer submitted petition to USCIS California center but no update since last 2 months. Any one know if consular processing petitions are being processed by USCIS this year?

Estimated time range: 2 Months to 4 Months
Form type: H-1B - Specialty occupation - Visa to be issued abroad
Receipt date for a case inquiry: March 08, 2021
Please note, these processing time is based on today's(July 06, 2021) update.
