Travelling to Inida
Hello,
I am planning to travel to India during Dec'10/Jan'11. My visa has expired as on 08/26/10, however my H1 petition and I94 is extended till Jan'12. I thought I will go to india for a vacation and take visa interview in india to have visa stamped. I would like to know what is the process involved. Do I need to carry any documents from my employer in US while going for visa interview besides petition document? What kind of challenges I may encounter?
I would appreciate if you could assist me in this regard.
