Waiting for RFE document from USISC from more than a month

Hi ,

I am waiting for H1B RFE document from more than month now . My attorney also requested resending documents with USISC 2 weeks back still no response.
Is there any other option to follow up on this ? please advice

Hi,
If you have not received RFE notice by mail within 15 days, then you can do a E-request to get a copy. Normally E-request will take some times. I suggest you to wait for one more week. If nothing happened then you can call to USCIS directly to resolve the issue.
Please note, If you Employer or Attorney had any address change, they will need to also update the changes.

Well its seems almost 2 months now , my attorney did second follow up still no response . What are my options now ?

Hi,
Did your attorney call USCIS and raised service request? I am really surprise, Its almost two months and typically you will have roughly only one month balance. I suggest you to take action soon. Please ask Attorney to call USCIS and request the same.

Thanks for suggestion, My Attorney also raised service request 3 weeks back but no response. I will ask them to call USISC then .
