Hi,
1. I had an H1B from July 2002 onwards. I came to US on work visa in Nov 2002 and left on Jan 2003.
2. I came back to US again in May 2004 on H4 Visa. My H1B visa is cancelled (stamped as cancelled).
Am I subjected to H1B cap now? Or am I exempt?
If I get a job now, does the employer need to wait till Apr 2005 for filing H1B or No?
Please let me know.
