Hi,
I have approved I-797 from a new employer with extension of stay denied and i am told to go out of US and get visa on the new approval and new i-94 and then enter US.
I have been told that i can go following countries which don't require any tourist visas
1)Costa Rica
2)Grenada
3)St. Kittis/Nevis
4)St.Vincent and grenadines
5)Virgin Islands(british)
Has anyone gone to the above countries for stamping.
Do they look into documents of my new employer and will look in the past employment history also?
Please can anyone provide information on this.
