My wife is L2 visa, we have applied L2 EAD on 06th May'21, with the current situation we are not seeing any light on this. She also have the H1B WP, Is it possible to initiate Change of status and will it have any impact to the EAD which we have applied already? How long it will take to complete the change of status ?

Yes. If she has I-94 validity now then she can apply for change of status to H1B. For H1B change of status, you will have premium facility. So consider premium, if you want to know the status soon.

Answer: Once you file the change of status and it gets approved then your EAD petition will be denied automatically or you can withdraw the petition.
