Hi,
My spouse is a Canadian PR working for a Canadian Firm in Toronto and I am working in the US on H1-B visa. He recently got his H4 visa approved. We are yet to apply for his H4 EAD. Is it possible that he works from the US for the Canadian Firm? He will just be living in the US but earning in CAD.
Will this in anyway raise questions if we apply for his H4EAD or H1-B in the future? 192.168.1.254
