Hi,
I applied for labor thru Delaware and it was withdrawn due to some reasons in April 2004 (my priority date was May 15th,2003).My 7th yr xtn was denied in July and I was given a month time to reapply on the denial.I came to know about this just 4 days prior to my 6yrs H1 expiry.I left the country in Aug 2004,an over stay of almost 3 weeks.
a)If I apply for a H1 after one year gap,Does BCIS approve it.
b) what are the chances of getting VISA in US embassy.
Any info.of this kind experience is highly appreciated.
