I-539, Wrongly keyed in Middle Name instead of Last Name

Hi,
How to correct the name for I-539 (H4) extension, wrongly typed in Middle Name instead of Last Name, as No middle, and the Receipt came like No Given Name, FN, MN

Any leads would be helpful.

Hi,
Its very simple. You can call to USCIS customer support with the help of receipt number and you can explain your request. With that they can able to rectify the mistakes in their records. If mistakes are too serious then you can send letter to USCIS to rectify the corrections.
Another way is, make a USCIS e-request through concern portal. For this, you will need receipt number, Item that contains the error, Date when filed, Email address.
But I would say, it is doable.
