Ead ?
I am on H1 and my Wife is on H4.
My H1 expired in Oct 2004 and I have received my renewal, I havent stamped my H1 as yet..
I am awaiting my EAD in few months time.
I would like to know if it is necessary for my wife to be present to collect the EAD.. or a power of attorney from her would do?
Is it okay if she goes before and I wait for the EAD.. collect it and then leave for India..??
