I moved from company A to company B, H4 extension was in progress during the switch. One more H4 extension was filed with company B , I gave the previous H4-in progress receipt number to my lawyer. When biometrics appointment received ,both the receipts were mentioned in the invite. After 13 months received status online showing CASE DENIED, details sent to my mail box for the H4 extension that was applied in my previous company. And a H4 extension is in progress with my current company. Is that expected , do I need to take any action or wait for the result of latest H4 extension filed?

Hi,
It might be the reason, the parent application of H1B was withdrawn. I recommend to wait for the status on the application that you filed recently. On another hand, If possible you can get visa from consulate then withdraw all H4 petitions.

Hi,
Since you got denial notification, there is no use of withdrawing the petition. So, no need to take any action on this. If you have received NOID then you can respond to the notice and request for withdrawal with accurate reason.

I got in the email as the primary H1B withdrawal as the reason. And I need to respond back in 33 days with I-290B form. Since I have latest H4 in progress, do I need to worry about sending I-290B?Comment

Answer: No. It won't affect your current status and petition.. Please move forward and take action on I-290B.

Answer: If you have ability to respond then Yes you can do. But, If you ask me, I would suggest to go with Immigration Attorney for better process.
