H4 To F1 questions
I have couple of questions regarding H4 to F1 transfer, visa and status issue.
My wife is on H4 visa, she wants to convert to F1 visa, during H4 To F1 transfer time( i believe which is 3 to 4 months), if she plans to travel to INDIA on a trip, can she come back to USA on H4 status?
1)Assuming her H4 TO F1 process in still in progress and she is in INDIA?
2) F1 has approved but she is in INDIA, can she come back to USA on H4 status or does she need stamping for F1?
Any help regarding this issue is appreciated.
