221g at delhi embassy on 2nd H1b stamping.

Hi All,

I appeared for visa interview on Aug 30, 2010 and received 221g green form. I submitted the documents on Sep 14, 2010.

Would like to know how much time does it 221g clearance take as my client in US is getting too anxious ?
Also, has anyone else got 221g during aug/sep?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Each case is different. No one can predict the time that will take to get the 221g completed. Search for 221g in the forum and read about the experiences posted by others.

I had my interview on 3rd August and got the 221g Green form. I submitted the docs on 5th August and got another 221g form ( white form). Subsequently i submitte dthe docs on 31st August and today is the 20th Sept and I still have not heard back from consulate. When I call up the consulate or email them all i hear is the case is under process 'Admin Review'. So it is anybody's guess how long it will take
