H4 Visa appointment

I will be getting married in US while I am on B1 visa to a Canadian PR holder. The current wait times for H4 appointment in Canada is varying between 30 days to 190 days depending on the location. In this case, can my spouse get her H4 appointment on a later date or does she need to take the earliest one available? Will taking the appointment on later date cause any problems in our GC application or in H4 interview?

Hi,
Picking appointment date from available date is your choice. It is not mandatory that, you will have to pick only recent most dates. You can pick any of the dates from available date. And it wont impact in any way.
