H4 Travel when H1B transfer in process

I have a H4 visa and my spouse currently in US with H1B and he is planning for H1B transfer(change of company). Can I travel to US when my spouse H1B transfer is in process.

Answer: Yes you can. But, Please make sure to have necessary documents. It will help you at the time of CBP verification. My recommendation is to travel to the USA, once you get the decision on H1B transfer petition.
