H1B after getting H4??

My wife's H4 renewal had been applied and we hadn't gotten the approval for nearly 8 months. Her employer suggested that we apply for H1B. Then the H4 (and ead) got approved. After this, she got her H1B too.omegle xender


She's about to lose her job, which would make her out of status in the USA because of her H1B change of status.

What options do we have?

Can you please let me know, when she got H1B? Is that this year or last year?
And generally, if you lost job on H1B then you can file change of status petition. Since she is eligible for H4, you can try for H4 change of status. On another hand, if she is willing to do studies then you can enroll in the college and change the status to F1.
