I have a question with regards to H1B transfer. I have an approved H1B from Employer#1 that is valid until Sept 2022. I got a new job offer from Employer#2 who filed for visa transfer and got approved from 10/18/21 to 10/18/24. I am planning to serve my resignation notice to Employer#1 with last day as 11/26/21, and use my accrued vacation for the period from 10/18/21 to 11/26/21. In parallel, I plan to start my employment with Employer#2 from 10/18/21 onward. In other words, for the period of 10/18/21 to 11/26/21, I will be on payrolls of two employers - Employer#1 (where I am still on their records but using my remaining vacation period), and Employer#2 (where I am actively working). Am I allowed to do this?

Hi,
You will have to perform your job either one of the Employer. If you are willing to join in the new Employer who already filed H1B and got approved then you must completely leave the previous Employer and start working with new Employer.
Please note, unless you file concurrent category H1B filing, you can not be employed with two different Employer for same days.
