Please see my response below.
1. Since my last 797 is already expired and i got RFE as well..what are lawyers gonna send for my wife's RFE ?
Answer: Until you get H1B Approval, it is really no use of responding H4 RFE.

If they send my expired 797 to USCIS and inform that principal applicant also got RFE..will they wait on making decision in my wife's case ?
Answer: I dont think so, this will be good option. You will have to take care of your H1B RFE response as quick as possible. You are in the situation to respond your RFE and get the approved before your wife RFE response last date. Please try to go with Premium, if possible.

Hi,
In that case, you can ask Attorney to respond H4 RFE with your RFE notice and stating that H1B Applicant is waiting for decision. But, I am not sure if you get any positive result on this.
Get the opinion from Immigration Attorney then proceed ahead.
