Travel to USA with 30days and less H1b visa stampvalidity

Hello All,

I came to India recently due to family emergency and I am planning to travel back on November 14th of 2021. My current H1b visa validity expires on Dec17th. My employer intends to file and get the H1b extension receipt before the visa expires. Will there be any issue at the POE with month validity? Do I need carry any documents to support my return?

Can anyone please help me with their experience ?

Hi,
With the help of visa validity duration, you can travel and no issues. But, your H1B will be going to expire very soon, Its better to file Ext petition, get approved. With that, you can get visa stamped, if possible.
