Help on H1-B transfer

Hi All,

I worked on Company A on an H1b and then got it transferred to another company B. Currently i have a valid work permit which is valid till next year and an I-94 which is valid till the same date. But my Visa has expired 2 months back. I'm trying to transfer my work permit to another Company C. Will the Visa status be an issue in this case.

Visa is just an entry document to U.S. As long as you are maintaining your H1B status inside U.S (Working & geting paid, have a valid I-94), you can transfer the H1B.
