Issue during scheduling interview through VFS

Hi ,

I am fron india.I am trying to schedule visa interview for H1B .But while filling details
HDFC details form.I am seeing petitioner details form(And bottom of this SUBMIT button).I am NOT seeing form where I enter DS160 confirmation details and also to select date for interview from available dates.
Can anyone let me know what is the issue?
