Help me in getting receipt number

Hi,

I have been facing problem with my employer. sometimes he is saying that i've applied for extension. If i ask receipt number, he is saying that i have not applied for extension. My I-94 is getting expire in days period.

How can i know whether he applied for extension or not?

Is any way to get new receipt number with old receipt number?
