H1B Travel Delay, left with 11 months visa validity -pls help

Hi,

I am in dilema due to the following questions. Can you please let me know your views on this ?

H1B Petition has filed for me in 2008.
I got H1B stamping in 2009,Feb.
I have two passports, H1B stamp was on old passport and I had to apply for new passport because of passport damage, but no damage to visa page.

My questions:

1. Since my petition filed in 2008, my visa has validity till 2011,Sep. Can I plan to travel US in Oct,2010 ? Because I am left with only 11 months validity and at the POE any problems will rise ?

2. Is it better to travel with existing H1B visa or Shall I get filed another H1B from india ? One of the employer from India are interested to file Fresh H1B for me for 2010 quota?

3. I have missed LCA certificate. Is it required at the Port Of Entry(POE).

1. Yes, you can. No problems.
2. You could do either way. If you go for new one, you have to wait until it's approved and again may have to go to for visa stamping. If you can wait, you can go for that option.
