I was curious as to whether you could help me with this question. I recently graduated from a U.S college, still in the U.S right now awaiting my OPT. I was wondering after a year of working, would it be possible for me to havemy employers sponsor me for an H-1? Also does it matter what field my employer is in: at this point it may be a public/state college, would they be able to sponsor my H-1 if in fact I am eligible for that option?
