H1B Extension filed.....Can I work till my I-94 expires?

Hi,

My H1B stamping is valid till Sep-27-2010 and I-94 is valid till Oct-7-2010.

Now my H1B extension is filed.

Can I continue working and get paid legally after Sep-27-2010 till Oct-7-2010?

Yes. Visa is just an entry document. Your I-94 will decide the status expiry. If your extension is already filed, then you can continue to work until the decision is made by USCIS.
