H4 Interview with I797 expiring On July 2022

Hello Again,

Myself and my Spouse and Kid are travelling to India. I have a visa valid until July 2022. My Spouse and Kid are appearing for H4 interview. Their I797 is valid until July 2022 as well. With another 8 months of I797 validity, they can appear for Visa interview without issues right? I mean the VO will not have issues approving since only 8 months of I797 validity remaining?

Answer: Yes. There is no issues at all. You are good to go.

Answer: As I mentioned, it should be ok to attend interview since you have another 8 months of H4 status approval.
