I am eligible for the H1B Dropbox visa.

My wife had H4 -> F1 and Again H4 visa, I have added her in my application. can it be a problem if she does not have a F1 Stamp in passport?

Answer: No. You will not have any issues. Hope you have got H4 change of status approval. If so, she can go ahead and plan for visa stamping on H4.
