H1B Salary

My H1B I-129 and LCA mentioned salary as 129k per year. The Prevailing wage rate is 117k.
My employer only paying 125k.His opinion is it is legal and not required to amend LCA because we pay more than the prevailing wage.
Please share your opinions. Is this legal? or need to amend the LCA.

Hi Member,
Employer needs to consider the wage whatever they have mentioned under "Wage rate paid to Non-immigrant worker" Please make sure, you get paid as per that. If not then your Employer will need to file an Amendment for reduced wage.
