Never visit USA, H1B extension from India

I have never visited USA but holding stamped H1B visa valid till March' 2011 and i desperately need to know that is it possible to extend it from India? Many thanks in advance.

There is no such thing as visa extension. Once your current visa expires, you can go for stamping again. For that you need a valid H1B petition. Your current H1B sponsor or a new employer can apply a new H1B petition using the current CAP. Once that gets approved, you can go for stamping.
