L1 B with company A , found H1B sponsorship with Company B , L1B extension coming up

Hi,
I need your suggestions on the situation with my Visa-
currently I am on L1 B in USA with Company A , L1B stamped till May 2022 , Company A is ready to file extension in May 2022.
Company A not ready for H1B.
So I found Company B to work in USA who is ready for H1B sponsorship in year 2022 and would like to enrol me in lottery in March 2022.
my question is- if I get selected in lottery and company B file H1 B petition and get it approved around May or June 2022. At the same time if Company A file L1 extension so that I can continue stay and work in USA ( till Oct 1st with company A accordingly I will resign) will that impact on already approved or in progress H1B process.
my priority is H1B at this point and I am worried if L1B extension impact H1B process. Please suggest.

There is no impact ! I had same situation and never worried. I got L1 extension approved before my H1B approved.

As per understanding ,there will be impact I believe, if your H1B get approved before L1 extension and L1 extension still in progress (till OCT 1st) and you apply for COS(change of status).
but please check with expert on the impact.

Answer: No. your L1 Extension and approval will not impact your H1B petition adjudication. Moreover, you will have to maintain your status from May 2022 TO Sep 30 2022 in order to change your status from L1 to H1B.
