Options for H1B Transfer after 60 day grace. Marriage to US citizen questions

My H1B's 60 day grace period is ending on Dec 10th and i do not have any job offers yet, and my previous employers have not filed for a green card either. My H1B valid till 2023 fall.
My marriage to a US citizen is set on Dec 7th, hence, how do i proceed with this situation, specifically what documents do i need to file to keep my status, and if a new employer gives me an offer letter, can they do H1B visa transfer on 67th day?

Answer: In this situation, your H1B may be approved with consular notification.. So, you will need to leave the country immediately and get visa stamped on the new H1B Approval then start working on new H1B status.
And regarding your marriage and visa status at that time, I suggest you to have a discussion with Attorney then please make sure about valid status.
