Incorrect address on I-797

Hi,

USCIS mistyped the petitioner's address as the lawyer's address on the I-797. After opening an inquiry, they have found that it was a typo on their side, but responded by saying "..our records have been updated. No further action is required on your side..". Do I need a new I-797 with the rectified address? If so how do I get it?

Hi Member,
If they confirm that it has been updated in their record, I think you are good now. No need of further action needed.. If you need duplicate copy of H1B Approval notice then please reach out to your Attorney and they will file the form for requesting duplicate copy.
