My h1b was approved this year and I came to India for H1 visa stamping with my current employer and received 221G yello router login w slip requesting additional documentation. I have submitted all the requested documents but hav 192.168.0.1 en’t received any response. My client is willing to apply for H1 transfer. Can I apply for H1 transfer even though my stamping is pending under 221G and appor visa interview again with new employer?

Answer: Yes. Your new Employer can file H1B transfer petition while you are in the USA and it will be considered as consular notification... Once it is approved you will need to go for visa stamping again and withdraw the pending visa application too.
