H1B visa transfer

Hi All,

My wife is currently on F-1 visa and working with a company on Curricular Practical Training (CPT) for the past 3 months. The company recently applied for her H1B visa (premium processing) and we expect to get the approval notice within the next week.

Now, she has gotten an offer with another company. I wanted to ask if there is any minimum waiting period to apply for H1B visa transfer after we get the approval notice for H1B visa petition already filed by her current employer. My wife has pay stubs from her current employer, where she has been working on CPT so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is no minimum waiting time. She can apply for transfer immediately upon receiving the approval notice.
