H1B approved in India, Can it be transferred?

I got picked up in the H1B lottery in 2020 and my petition is approved now, I am planning to change the job/employer, can I transfer the visa to my new employer while in India.
My visa is not stamped and and what if my old employer revokes my H1B?

Answer: Yes.. You can do H1B transfer while you are in India.. Once you get H1B transfer approval, with that you can go for visa stamping, get stamping approval then travel to the USA. Once you get transfer approval, if your existing Employer withdraws H1B, it will not impact you.
