Hi,
my wife filled out the DS160 and due to some problems she canceled the appointment twice and now the receipt is deactivated and going to be reactivated after 90 days. She wrote to consulate(our is Kolkata) and they told that after 90 days she has to call them and pay the required fees and then they will reactivate.
My question is where to pay the fees and how much?
