    I am on H1B and husband is filing under EB1. When should I apply for EAD?

    My husband is eligible for the EB1 category and his employer is planning to start the process next year(2023). I am on h1b and my max 6 years ends in 2023.
    Will I have sufficient time when they file in 2023? We will file for I 140 in premium processing, but after that how long does it take to get EAD?
