H1 and L1 problem

If my H1 is approved and I have got it stamped then will it create any problem if my company wants to file L1 for me? or vice versa.
H1 is through some other company and L1 is being filed by my present company.I am asking this since I have not made up my mind through which visa I should enter the US.Proabably my H1 stamping date will be before L1 stamping.

Saw your H1 & L1 question on the forum. I am also in a similar situation - Have an approved H1B from a different company and in the process of getting a L1 from the current employer.

Can you please advice whether there will be any problems if I go for the L1 stamping? Also I wanted to go to the US on L1 - Will there be any questions asked on -- Why two visas? at the time of entry? Please advice and thanks for your time!
