I am going for FIRST time H1b stamping in May 2022. My current petition is valid until July 2022 and filing of extension is in progress. I will be traveling only after extension is approved in May 2022. I would like to know
1. Which petition details should I enter in my ds160 - current petition which is expiring in July 2022 or the extension one?
2. If I enter the current one then what would be the expiration date of my visa? Will they take into consideration that I have my extension and decide my expiration date based on extension
3. How long does H1b extension filing take if opted for regular filing?
