Hello,
I am an F-1 student currently on my STEM OPT. I am planning to visit India in March 2022 and return back in the first week of April 2022. My employer is filing for my H-1B this year. While I am out of the country the lottery results will be out.
Is it advisable to travel outside the US while the lottery is pending? I will be returning back no later than the first week of April, so if my case is picked up in the lottery I will be available in the country to start the process.
Is it advisable to travel out of the country during that time frame?
