  • H1-B premium processing

I applied for H1-B extension under regular processing and got the recepit dated 08/14/2010 but I upgraded it to premium processing later and got a receipt dated 09/23/1010 ( California Center). My assumpiton I should get either an RFE or Approval by 10/09/2010. If I get an RFE and respond to them in 2 days, how long does it take for the USCIS folks to send me the approval. I have submitted client letters, vendor letters, agreements etc.

Since it is a premium processing, you will get a decision within 15 days from responding to the RFE.
