US born minor child - DS160

Hi ,
I'm in process of filling DS 160 for H1 & H4 Visa stamping in India. My son is under 2 years old and holds an US passport. .

1. Do i need to add my son as Travel companion or is it ok to add Spouse alone. Technically DS160 is for US Visa applicants however an expert advice would help.
2. Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the U.S.? yes or no.

1. Yes. The names listed as travelling companions are not limited to people on that application.
2. Well do you? If your son is with you in India, then he's not in the US.
