DS-156 form help instructions

Hi,

I need some information in order to fill DS-156 form for my wife.
She is going to the consulate for her H4 stamping.

In the form, what should we answer for question#26 for my wife?
It asks "how long do you intend to stay in the United States?"

Also, Question#27, what is the purpose of your trip?

Hi Pavan
Answer for question#26 "how long do you intend to stay in the United States?"
Ans.The latest I-797 form(approval) has the duration till what time it is valid so you have to put that timeframe.
For example it says validity from 07/15/2003 to 07/07/2007 so you have to put 07/07/2007

Question#27, what is the purpose of your trip?
Ans.To live with spouse or something like that.
