Hi I have recently got H1 from a company when i applied transfer from my old company.Now i got another offer from a 3rd company where i am intersted to go. For that do i have to send my 2nd company's I 797 or my 1st company's I 797.I am still under the pay roll of my 1st company. I haven't started working through my 2nd company yet as its only been a week since i got my new H1 from the 2nd company.

I will be very thank full if some one can suggest me what to do.

If you are still working with Company A, then give Company C a copy of the approval notice, pay slips, W2's etc from Company A and they should be able to take care of the rest. Sometimes USCIS will ask for copies of all the previous approval notices.

Should i have to start working with company B soon after getting H1 from them cann't i continue on Company A. Its only been a week since i got this new H1 from B
